The opportunity

We are seeking Directors to join our Board.

Our Board members care about making a positive difference to people living with disability, supporting regional communities, and contributing their skills and expertise to build a better service.

As a director, you will contribute to our team by:

• using your connections to introduce CHSS to key stakeholders
• guiding our strategic direction
• providing governance and general oversight of the organisation
• ensuring the organisation remains robust and fit to meet its mission
• attendance at monthly Board meetings

• A genuine interest in supporting people with disability to live independently in our community.
• Ability to listen, analyse and work well with people.
• Be Well-connected throughout the NSW Mid North Coast.
• A commitment to life-long learning
• Ability to fulfil the duties of a responsible person

Please note that this is a voluntary position.  Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
