About the role

Are you looking for a rewarding position in IT?

An exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join an organization making a real difference to the lives of children in Cambodia.

This flexible part-time role would suit a mature person who is retired or somebody wishing to combine volunteering work with parenting or other responsibilities.

SeeBeyondBorders is an award-winning Australian charity working to make a difference through education to the lives of tens of thousands of underprivileged children in Cambodia. Our Mosman office provides support to the operations in Cambodia and also supports a small office in the UK.

With around 35 staff across 5 offices in 3 countries, SeeBeyondBorders is on a journey to optimise existing IT infrastructure, whilst looking for opportunities to create efficiencies through digital innovation into the future.

SeeBeyondBorders utilises a range of systems including G suite, Salesforce, Zero, Harvest and Microsoft desktop applications. The role of the IT Support Analyst will be to support the systems and services used in our Cambodian, Australian and UK offices, and to provide assistance to staff in all aspects of IT – problem-solving, helpdesk, training, hardware and software maintenance.

This is a part-time role involving 2-3 hours per week. Flexible arrangements will suit those with parenting or other interests and responsibilities.

This position requires a mature person who is motivated, self-driven and client-focused. We’re looking for a person prepared to commit long-term to this role, so it will not be suitable for students or others seeking full-time or paid work in the foreseeable future.

We hope you’ll consider joining us, working alongside our friendly team in the Mosman office, and at the same time helping make a difference to the lives of many children in Cambodia.
