About the role

The Buddhist Discussion Centre Australia is a volunteer not for profit organisation located in Melbourne’s outer Eastern region.

Our activities include self help programs, classes and courses in Buddhism, collaboration with local and overseas organisations, and contributing to our local Buddhist community in Victoria.

We are seeking part time professional help to work with our Management Team to create a Marketing Plan to support our centre’s development and growth over the next five years.

Help is needed to 

  • Review our current marketing strategies
  • Investigate marketing opportunities and processes our organisation could implement.
  • Identify opportunities to partner with other suitable organisations.
  • Analyse proposals regarding future directions for the organisation.

Our organisation is quite small, has good facilities, is well managed and provides an interesting and friendly workplace. Volunteer work can be done either during or after business hours including weekends, offsite or onsite.
