About the role
BCS provides a wide range of high quality, integrated and inclusive programs and services to individuals, families, children and young people in the Belconnen region. BCS works with community members, local organisations and businesses to develop responsive programs,
services and activities that support self determination and reduce social isolation. Strong relationships with government and other community services enhance BCS’s capacity to achieve our vision of an inclusive, connected community.
BCS is seeking nominations for a Board Member. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who would like to contribute to the future of community services in Canberra. No particular knowledge or experience is necessary, although anyone with a solid background in legal, financial, child care or community work would be highly regarded, as would someone with previous Board experience.
