THAILAND I Pro Bono Accountant @ Women Leadership NGO | 2 Months

Unique opportunity for accountant (CPA/ICAA – or equivalent) to gain international experience & build financial management capacity of this female empowerment NGO in THAILAND for 2-3 months.

Background

Based in the vibrant city of Bangkok, our partner supports the leadership development of women changemakers through access to mentorship, connecting them with a global community, building their experience opportunities and providing education funding.

As their business model gets more complex and they transition to a more sophisticated accounting system, they believe they could benefit from expert assistance when it comes to financial management.

Your Role

Your role will include an initial assessment to identify weaknesses, placement priorities and recommendations for the future. You will also help develop financial procedures, a budget and cash-flow forecasting, work with management to embed financial awareness and support reporting lines for efficiency.

This broad and wide-ranging assignment is a great opportunity for accountants thinking about a career move to the international development sector to get an extensive insight in just a couple of months. Great opportunity to those interested in women’s empowerment and on being part of a dynamic multi country organisation.
