About the role
Our partner is a leading authority on the responsible use of coastal and marine resources.
They carry out marine research, collect and maintain scientific data, provide information as required by the Authority, organise training courses, maintain coastal monitoring programmes and support other agencies involved in coastal management.
On this assignment your role will involve undertaking an internal review of their accounting systems, procedures and controls, risk control and making and implementing recommendations for best practice.
You will also provide support with budget preparation, monitoring and analysis. You will work with the finance and programmes team to put a budget together as well as a cashflow forecast.
