Wix Website Coordinator

We are looking for someone to help out with our Wix website. The role is done completely remotely. All you need is relevant experience, access to a computer and a reliable internet connection. Experience with Wix is necessary as well as SEO and Google analytics. Your main role will be adding content. 

We have a membership system on our website (where our members pay for their membership to our organisation) that you will be required to help maintain. You will be assisting our membership director with this.  

As our member database is not large and we do not have a lot of content to add so you will not be required to volunteer a lot of your time – probably only a few hours a month (some months would be less), this time is totally flexible. This position has the potential to grow into a Director position on our Board if you are interested and have the necessary skills.

MUST HAVE: Wix website, SEO and Google analytics experience

We are also looking for a Digital Graphic Designer to create online posters, and to design other collateral such as brochures, advertising, information videos and Powerpoint or similar presentations. There isn’t a lot of this that needs to be done so this role should also not require any more than a total of a few hours a month (some months may require a little more than others). You will need digital graphic design skills, including pdf editing and the software required to do it. If you have Wix experience and digital graphic skills and would like to do both roles your job title would be “Digital Graphic Designer and Website Coordinator” with the potential for it to grow into a Director position on our Board if you are interested and have the necessary skills.
