An exciting opportunity exists to join Australia’s leading international volunteer agency – a valuable contributor to the sustainable development of a wide range of international communities. We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator to join our busy Learning & Development Team based at our Melbourne office in a full-time capacity until 31st December 2017.

Reporting into the Learning & Development Manager the Digital Learning Coordinator role will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative digital and blended learning programs to support AVI programs and new projects. Key to this role is the ability to develop digital learning program design and content in consultation with stakeholders and their needs.

We look forward to receiving applications from candidates with:
•Demonstrated experience in designing and developing high quality digital learning and problem solving LMS integration needs
•High level experience maintaining quality online learning systems and implementing continuous improvement processes
•Moodle or equivalent LMS Systems / Course Administrator skills
•Expertise in online learning content creation including webinars, interactive activities and SCORM compliant objects. (Articulate Storyline2 skills an advantage)
•Applied understanding of instructional design concepts across blended learning platforms
•Knowledge of digital evaluation strategies and processes
