With a guiding purpose of nurturing and inspiring children to succeed in an ever-changing world, their values – putting children first, respecting each other, working with integrity, and striving for excellence, are at the core of everything they do. These values support their ability to build strong relationships and promote a working environment where people feel engaged, valued, and committed to C&K.

We anticipate that your professional qualifications will be complemented by exceptional personal drive, a high level of integrity and a commitment to deliver. You will have a proven depth of HR Business Partnering experience drawing on your leadership and influencing skills and achievement of significant policy outcomes, preferably gained in the human services sector.

This is an exciting career opportunity that offers an expansive remit. You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package and a chance to join a values-based and purpose-driven team.
