The Opportunity
Our Student Finance team is seeking a Coursework Scholarships Manager to play an integral role in managing all aspects of coursework scholarships to ensure the alignment of policies and institutional strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for the coursework scholarships budget and targets, timely selection and accurate offering of scholarships, meeting management and government reporting requirements, and innovating continuous process and system improvements. Your excellent leadership and communication and negotiation skills will play a key part in optimum stakeholder engagement and fostering teamwork.
To be successful, you will possess relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in a tertiary education environment. Your ability to provide strategic advice, make policy recommendations and budget management will be highly regarded. We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability in meeting tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Proven proficiency in MS Excel to manage large volume of data and outstanding analytical skills will support your success.
Travel to other campuses and out of hours work on some weekends/public holidays will be required.
