The Role
The Fundraising Specialist is a senior role that forms part of the small Children’s Ground Communications, Partnerships and Investment team. Reporting to the Communications, Partnerships and Investment Director, the position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance, and to support the strategic direction of the organisation through managing the donor related fundraising programs and the implementation of the strategic partnerships and fundraising strategy.
This role drives fundraising results year on year. Fundraising streams include but are not limited to direct mail, donor renewal appeals, regular giving maintenance and acquisition, workplace giving, sponsorship and corporate partnerships, and face-to-face and on-line/digital giving. This role is also responsible for establishing and managing any Children’s Ground external telemarketing programs.
