About the role
Working for a well established and reputable for purpose organisation, this exciting appointment will be tasked with the strategic growth and operational delivery of the Support Coordination function within existing and future National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) locations.
The National Manager – Support Coordination will establish this service from the ground up, whilst identifying future opportunities and building key stakeholder relationships.
This will include but will not be limited to:
- Identifying and implementing the Support Coordination strategy during a period of transformational change with the NDIS roll out
- Developing the capabilities of the team (workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding and management of staff)
- Researching and developing a thorough understanding of potential markets to capitalise on opportunities as a result of the NDIS
- Establishing a culture of continuous improvement to ensure Support Coordination practices are person centred and aligned with the customers’ needs and supports as stated in their plan
- Analysing and utilising data for financial forecasting and ongoing viability
- Developing key stakeholder relationships to underpin the success of Support Coordination for each customer
