The Board are now seeking to appoint a talented leader who will help them build on their solid foundation and support them in sustainably but significantly growing their strong and profitable Insurance business here in Australia. Reporting to the Board you will be responsible for developing the EAIS strategic plan in conjunction with the Board, building the reputation and profile of EAIS within the faith and not-for-profit sectors and managing all the operations of EAIS.
You will be responsible for raising the awareness of their unique value proposition in the market, and seek out new opportunities for business growth in existing and untapped markets and be able to develop new products. The successful candidate with possess a track record of genuine achievement in a key leadership role within the Insurance industry, hold a recognised Insurance qualification and have experience in both the commercial and private sectors of the market.
We are seeking a commercially astute servant leader who possesses the ability to influence others, manage teams effectively, facilitate change and build excellent levels of support and rapport with their key clients. You will possess a minimum of 5 years management experience, have a solid understanding of the general insurance market and demonstrate sound financial management skills.
The successful candidate will be strongly aligned to the values of this Christian organisation, be tertiary qualified in a Business/Commerce or a related field and have your Tier 1 qualifications. An affinity and understanding of their church clients from a risk and insurance perspective will be advantageous.
