We are passionate, dedicated and committed to making a difference, by providing high quality relationship counselling, dispute resolution and relationship education services to individuals, couples and families. Relationship Matters also provide Employee Assistance Programs, training and consulting to workplaces.

About the role

  • Leading family relationship services organisation
  • Ongoing position 4 days per week
  • Based in Melbourne CBD
  • Commencing January 2020

We currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, client focused Manager Workplace Services, to provide account management, oversight and direct service (including critical incident responses) to Relationship Matters’ Employee Assistance Program business line and to ensure the integration of this service within all aspects of Relationship Matters. In collaboration with the Counselling Team, you will progress Relationship Matters’ EAP, consulting, coaching and training services in line with Relationship Matters’ Strategic Business Plan and associated Key Performance Indicators.

About you

The role will involve:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a professional services team, experience in HR consulting and training, and strong interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills
  • Responsibility for the strategic and operational aspects of the business unit
  • Developing new business products and services, in line with best practice and industry standards
  • Providing leadership to a team of contractors
  • Growing revenue through sales, marketing and effective client relationship management, as well as developing new business
  • Personally delivering billable services (EAP and Critical Incident responses, coaching, training and investigations)
