The National Curriculum Team sets the direction of the core Leadership Development Program (LDP) – overseeing the curriculum and building frameworks for its delivery, in order to help create an excellent experience for Associates. The team designs and delivers our annual National Initial Intensive, school mentor training, and supports state managers with each state’s Regional Intensive.
About the role
We’re seeking a curriculum expert to lead and support key components of our Leadership Development Program (LDP). Given the recent shift to delivering development online, this role primarily focuses on the online design and delivery of the Program. Working together with the National Curriculum Team, this role also facilitates adult learning, and training of other facilitators to deliver the sessions.
We’re looking for an individual with recent teaching experience, who has knowledge and experience in designing and delivering online and/or blended learning.
About You
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education or teaching
- Minimum three years teaching experience
- Excellent classroom teaching practice
- Knowledge of and expertise in designing learning for online and/or blended delivery
- Knowledge of and demonstrated capability to lead and facilitate adult learning
