Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Disability Services to join our hard working and supportive team on a full-time basis, based in Fairfield, NSW. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Children and Family Services, this position is responsible for the operations of CFS’s Disability Services.
On a daily basis, this position will be responsible for maintain a high-quality service for people living with a disability, enabling those supported to reach their potential primary by providing support and direction to staff members.
The essential criteria we are seeking includes:

- Tertiary qualification in disability services or similar
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Minimum of 5 years management experience
- Sound working knowledge of the NDIS
- Previous experience in engaging constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds resulting in high quality service outcomes
- Demonstrated experience to achieve outcomes according to tight timeframes, deadlines and project plans.

- Proven capacity to maintain stakeholder relations in order to achieve key outcomes
- Sound communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

NOTE: Positions are subject to a Working with Children/Vulnerable People clearance and satisfactory National Police Check.
