Delivering services and programs to provide direct relief of poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, adversity, disability, destitution, and helplessness in New South Wales and other parts of Australia

The role.

•The Fundraising Face to Face Manager will manage a team and report to the Fundraising Manager

•Management. Coaching and training team members to achieve financial targets

•Acquisition. Increasing the number of donors through face 2 face contacts through on the street and in shopping centres

•Retention. Identify new ways to build supporter loyalty increasing potential for engagement within the community

•Relationships. Work with internal and external stakeholders to build long term engagement, understanding the organisations financial needs

Skills required

•Demonstrated track record in face 2 face fundraising at a manager, coach or team leader level

•Strong team building and staff management skills

•Proven ability to deliver fundraising or sales targets and growing revenue

•Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

•Proven stakeholder management experience across all levels

•The ability to work both collaboratively and independently whilst remaining flexible

•Proficient in Microsoft Office
