About the role
WWF-Australia is committed to building a future in which people live in harmony with nature. This position will lead the acquisition of new individual donors to WWF-Australia with a focus on building a portfolio of audience-targeted fundraising products and propositions that utilise a variety of online and offline channels.
The role involves continual testing of product, planning, and delivering innovative marketing and communication campaigns that achieve annual income and donor recruitment targets from new audiences.
Skills, knowledge and experience
• Track record of increasing income through donor acquisition.
• Experience developing and implementing segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies.
• Channel marketing experience (direct mail, digital, telemarketing).
• Extensive experience identifying and developing effective fundraising products and recruitment channels.
• People management, including the ability to work as a member of a high performing team.
• High level data and analysis skills related to direct marketing/fundraising.
• Commitment to remaining up-to-date with innovation technologies in fundraising.
• Well-developed project management skills (budgeting, reporting against targets).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and influencing skills, and highly numerate to interpret complex data.
• Good presentation skills and an ability to design and deliver training to small – medium sized groups.
Ideally you will have a strong track record of success with direct marketing/fundraising within a Not-For-Profit organisation. Experience with Raisers Edge CRM will also be considered favourably.
