About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an important part of the Fundraising team, the Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the National Project team in rolling out specific key, high quality fundraising campaigns.
The key focus of this role is to coordinate logistics for the Victorian Racing Club Pin and Win competition for 2016 (of which Starlight is the charity partner), and the support the national Star Ball suite of events.
This is a full time fixed term contract to commence ASAP and ending in February 2017.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in securing this incredibly rewarding opportunity, you will be skilled in event administration and/or coordinating event campaigns and assisting in driving these campaigns to completion.
You will need to have outstanding relationship management skills, teamed with previous event coordination/administration experience. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the confidence and attitude to get the job done.
In order to remain ‘one step ahead’, at all times, you will need the ability to prioritise whilst you remain calm, approachable and always positive!
