This Not For Profit organisation assists individuals to successfully retain safe, secure and affordable housing. Working within a dedicated team, this temporary Property Manager assignment is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a part time, flexible role based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. The assignment involves conducting property inspections, assisting with relets, liaising with owners, contractors and internal stakeholders of the organisation, and lodging maintenance request.
This temporary assignment is 10 hours per week, and the days are subject to the successful candidate’s availability. It will commence as soon as possible, and will continue till October 16, 2016. There is potential for this assignment to be extended depending on the business’ needs at that time.
Skills and experience
We are seeking applicants who have experience in property management within private real estate and/or social housing. Candidates fit for this role will be able to work autonomously and also within a high performing team, have a sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
This is an excellent role for anyone seeking part time opportunities on the north side of Brisbane, and who has Property Management experience.
