Corporate and Community Relations Manager

Little Wings is a young and growing charity. It’s principal activity is to provide flight services for seriously ill children and their families in regional and remote parts of NSW in order for them to access extended first class medical care in Sydney and Newcastle.

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and results driven sales professional to join our fundraising team. Ample opportunity exists to help drive the success of the charity and raise vital funds to support our free regional flight service and connecting road transport for patients and loved ones.

You will be responsible for extending our corporate sponsorship and community engagement activities to drive revenue growth. This involves the identification of new business opportunities as well as the ongoing development of key sponsor relationships. This role is all about ingraining yourself in the regional heartbeats of the State and engaging the corporate and community sector for much needed support to assist families when they need it most.

To be successful in this role you will need:

•Empathy, drive and passion for the cause

•Proven ability in a target driven sales environment

•Excellent relationship building and communication skills

•Ability to identify, pursue and convert corporate and public donor sponsorship opportunities

This role will require extensive travel throughout NSW. A current and valid Australian driver’s licence will be required.

Benefits include a base salary, in addition to an attractive commission structure. Salary packaging arrangements applicable to not for profit organisations are also available.
