Program Coordinator

Lattitude Global Volunteering is the original youth volunteering organisation and has specialised in supporting young people on international programs for almost 45 years. www.lattitude.org.au

At Lattitude we believe in the power of learning and cultural exchange through international programs to enable young people to fulfil their potential and benefit wider society. We aim for young people to learn and develop by providing opportunities for them to make a positive difference to the lives of others through a challenging and structured international experience in a culture and community different from their own.

This role will coordinate the implementation of some of Lattitude’s programs and support groups of young people joining the program. The role is full time and ongoing. We offer flexible hours, 30 days annual leave and a creative co-working environment at Hub Southern Cross where Lattitude is based in Melbourne’s CBD www.hubaustralia.com

Our ideal candidate will have great planning and organisational skills, be able to manage systems and multitask to get things done. They will have great interpersonal skills to be able to engage young people effectively and liaise with people at all levels in Australia and across many countries. They will be passionate about increasing young people’s engagement with other cultures and a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges for young people on international programs.
