The organisation that invites your interest is a non-party political and charitable organisation of Catholic laymen dedicated to both the service of the Catholic Church and to all Australians.

For almost 40 years, it has looked after people in Queensland. Today, it home-delivers care and services across Brisbane and south-east regions; offers joyful lifestyle options in more than 350 independent living units and provides compassionate, person-centred residential care in eleven locations across the State.

As it has grown, tirelessly matching all of its operations with best practice, the tenets of the original mission have held fast.  And the challenge is to ensure that the complexities of day-to-day operations do not taken the focus from the legacy of their founders and the organisation’s Catholic identity.

Now, the Board, the parishes and the residents are united in their desire to focus on that proud Catholic ethos across the organisation.

If you are immured in your Catholic faith and have the desire, attributes, skills and experience to make this happen, this may be your challenge of a lifetime.

You will need to be an emotionally mature, practising Catholic with a deep understanding of Catholicism and excellent high-level business experience.

 Ideally, your background will include planning and driving sensitive cultural change through a large organisation with numerous locations.

A skilled communicator and negotiator, with an enthusiastic and likeable personality tempered always by tact, diplomacy and respect, you are well connected in Catholic circles. 

Windsor Group will be closed for the Christmas and New Year Period from 5.00pm on 22nd December 2017 and will reopen at 8.00am on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. We wish you a safe and happy holiday break.
