Team Leader – Sexual & Reproductive Health Phone Line Service

Women’s Health Victoria is in the process of recruiting a dynamic and dedicated team to establish and deliver Victoria’s first statewide sexual reproductive health phone line and information service. This is a unique, once in a career opportunity to play a key role in shaping a critical and meaningful statewide new service for women.

WHV is seeking a highly motivated, competent and dynamic woman to provide team leadership and support staff in the development and delivery of this important service. The helpline will provide woman centred, non-directive support and tailored information. This role will include oversight of an online platform, database and phone line providing access to best practice information on relevant Sexual and Reproductive Health services.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management and leading and supervising a team, as well as high level interpersonal skills. Experience in managing service delivery in the health or welfare sectors and expertise in relation to women’s sexual and reproductive health within a gender equity framework will also be highly valued.

This role is full time fixed term for 18 months with the possibility of extension.
