HEAD OF HOSPITAL SERVICES – Lort Smith

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the hospital and professional staff, customer service, quality & productivity, together with ancillary responsibilities such as budgets, supplier relationships, capacity building and OH&S. The hospital has 11 wards, and the clinical staff includes 60 vets and over 100 veterinary nurses.

For this rare opportunity you will need tertiary qualifications in relevant health sciences and management, with proven ability to motivate, develop and lead a diverse professional team. Management experience in a high-performing veterinary practice or hospital environment is essential. If you are a vet, that would be ideal.
