About the Role
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will work closely with a team of dedicated human resources professionals to support the administration and coordination of HR functions across all levels of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with business managers to assist with planning recruitment strategies, creating and modifying position descriptions across a wide variety of roles and business areas
- Draft employment agreements and ongoing contract management of personnel
- Assist with developing organisational systems and processes in line with contemporary industry HR practices
- Manage and maintain employee records in the newly implemented HRIS, providing reports to management on an ad hoc basis
- Provide support and advice to the business on performance management issues and employee exit activities as required
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Other HR activities to support the HR Operations Manager as required
Skills & Experience required
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline and/or demonstrated generalist HR experience
- The ability to partner, build rapport with and influence key stakeholders within the business
- A customer service orientation and proactive approach with an eye for identifying opportunities for efficiency
- Current Drivers Licence and access to reliable transport
- Experience with complex Award interpretation
- A flexible and positive attitude is a must – in this growing organisation, processes and procedures are constantly evolving and an adaptable approach will be essential to your success within this role
