Royal Far West is currently seeking an experienced Donor Relations Coordinator to join our team in a part time capacity. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, this position is pivotal to the success of the donor acquisition strategy and has a primary focus on personalized stewardship and the execution of donor journeys for RFW’s new and existing regular givers and individual cash donors.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:

• Demonstrated customer service experience – outbound and inbound
• Bubbly, outgoing and confident personality
• High level of communication and relationship skills
• Comfortable relating to people from all walks of life
• Competent writing skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Attention to detail
• Competent user of MS Office

Desirable:

• Experience using Salesforce CRM
• Experience working in a charity or member based organization
• Empathy for children’s health issues

An attractive remuneration package, including the ability to salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check and all applicants must have valid eligibility to work in Australia without restriction.
