Royal Far West is currently seeking an experienced Fundraising Data Specialist to join our team in a part time capacity. The role is critical to the success of the RFW fundraising strategy and takes responsibility for ensuring that the new Salesforce CRM delivers the best possible solution for the management of complex data sets and the delivery of up to date data and information for both the Fundraising team and the wider Business Directorate. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Fundraising Data Specialist will drive the fundraising and marketing data strategy and provide data analysis, campaign reporting, financial reporting, segmentation for fundraising appeals and donation processing.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have:

– Experience using Salesforce CRM
– Superior level (5+ years) database management experience
– Experience working with large data sets containing transactional data
– Demonstrated understanding of RFV segmentation
– Demonstrated skills in accuracy and attention to detail
– Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving ability
– Demonstrated high level database reporting and data analysis experience
– Demonstrated ability to evaluate data trends and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
– Ability to establish relationships and achieve outcomes across teams

Desirable:
– Previous database experience working in a fundraising or marketing team
– Experience working with financial systems
– Customer service experience

An attractive remuneration package, including the ability to salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check and all applicants must have valid eligibility to work in Australia without restriction.
