Doxa provides programs for young people to access positive life experiences, education opportunities and employment pathways. We support over 7,000 young Victorians each year. We are in an exciting growth stage across all aspects of the organisation - from corporate strategy and programs, through to marketing, cloud-based system tools for CRM, staff and volunteer compliance and evaluation measurement.

About the role

Doxa has started an exciting stage of investment in cloud database systems to manage our CRM (Salesforce), staff and volunteer compliance (Everproof) and evaluation measurement (Socialsuite). We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Business Analyst who has experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and improve our systems management of vital data to enhance our programs.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer (or similar CRM)
• Ability to deliver ongoing cloud database enhancements
• Identify and implement Salesforce and other system tools workflow improvements
• Business acumen and ability to build strong internal relationships
• Experience in process mapping highly regarded
• Ability to develop dashboards and reporting
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to achieve deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate to a non-technical audience
• A relevant tertiary qualification or industry relevant certifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• A passion to change the lives of disadvantaged young Victorians

The successful applicant will require a current Working with Children Check and undertake a national/international police history check.
