About the role

Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a Communications Coordinator to join Pro Bono Australia. This role provides customer service, operational and administrative support for all areas of the business. 

This entry-level role is suited for a communications all-rounder. You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of approved digital marketing and sales projects as well as being the first contact point for the business, responsible for answering all telephone calls while providing support for the administration of digital platforms including intranet and website, newsletter development and various advertising and media opportunities.

This role oversees the planning and scheduling of content, and your organisational skills are imperative to the smooth functioning of the team and running of campaigns. The role provides an opportunity for innovative process improvement initiatives based on data analysis. 

Located in Melbourne, this opportunity is part of a passionate team who are committed to growing and empowering Australia’s social sector. The ideal candidate enjoys being part of a team and contributing towards the delivery of group strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the implementation of approved marketing campaigns and sales projects
  • Provide customer service and ensuring that information provided to clients about our products is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Pro Bono Webinar program
  • Provide support and coordinate the development and implementation of partnership agreements
  • Assist with seasonal administrative tasks
