About the Role
We seek to appoint Board Members with skills and expertise across a broad base of disciplines. Skills in the areas of Legal, Financial and Property Management are particularly sought as well as those with Not for Profit experience.
The Glenloch Inc Board meets 11 times a year for approximately 2 hours. We have committees of Audit and Finance, Buildings, Risk Management and Fund Raising.
About the Organisation
Glenloch Inc is a Not for Profit organisation that provides rental accommodation for pensioners on the full Australian Aged Pension. We are independent and not affiliated with any church or community based organisations.
We own and manage 6 sites totalling 165 apartments. All of our buildings are within the City of Stonnington, with our office in High Street Prahran.
Glenloch Inc has a history of providing accommodation for Aged Victorians for more than 60 years. The organisation is financially sound, with a strong Balance Sheet and a consistent Income Stream. We are completely self-funding and do not rely on grants or donations
