cohealth’s Public Affairs Directorate exists to support the organisation’s strategic objectives by:
- Assisting to build and maintain a strong organisational culture through effective internal communications and engagement.
- Promoting and marketing the organisation and its services, and
- Advocating for the systemic and structural changes required to reduce health inequity.
As one of two key leadership positions in a newly restructured Marketing and Communications Team, the Communications and Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive communication strategies to inform and empower cohealth’s diverse and disperse internal audiences.
Given this role’s responsibility for ensuring that cohealth’s staff, volunteers, consumer advisors and existing clients feel engaged, we are looking for someone who aligns with our culture and values and will be passionate about working to maintain and strengthen it as the organisation enters a significant change period. This will be both a challenging and rewarding opportunity and we’re seeking an exceptional, innovative and highly committed communications professional.
