About the role
We are currently seeking applications for the Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) of Manager – Client Outcomes located at our Support Services in Eight Mile Plains.
This role will ensure that RAQ are considering available client data and research to understand the impact of RAQ’s service to clients, informing practice changes where necessary, and providing evidence of the value of what RAQ delivers to individuals, families and communities. RAQ will be able to evidence positive outcomes which will assist in continuing to position RAQ as a quality provider of counselling, mediation, education and support services. Additionally, the role will manage projects to implement new, innovative models of service delivery with the aim of enhancing and improving client outcomes and community capacity.
The key responsibilities of this position involve:
• Devise, implement and review an outcomes framework that allows for client outcome evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement practices
• Conduct analysis on data sets and provide reports on service effectiveness, including client experience, satisfaction and client outcomes.
• Management of projects focused on enhancing client outcomes and contributing to RAQ’s strategic direction
• Organisational development to increase staff competency in the outcomes framework and its implementation and interpretation
• Contribute to the Strategic Directions of the organisation

About You
To be successful in this position, you will have a relevant undergraduate tertiary qualification paired with a strong track record of managing and delivering projects within specified timeframes, experience in community development, and have proven experience in stakeholder relationship management. In addition, you will have knowledge of evidence-based assessments and client outcome measurement approaches, evidence-based practice approaches, intermediate level data analysis and interpretation, and knowledge of contemporary trends in community building.
Salary is to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging options where eligible which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay.
