About the Role
The UTS Business School is well regarded for its excellent connections with local and global industries, government and community sectors. With well-established programs offered in China, teaching and research partnerships with Universities throughout Europe and North America, and staff and students from around the world, its programs and connections are truly international. Graduates are ‘integrative thinkers’ who can combine traditional business skills with those from disciplines such as design and engineering to meet the challenges they face in a globalised world.
The UTS Business School is seeking a new Senior Advancement Manager who will be responsible for strategic engagement with alumni and friends in order to grow the Business School’s brand and reputation and for raising funds from alumni, corporate and individual donors, supporters, philanthropic trusts and foundations and other constituents in order to advance the mission of the University and support the Business School’s activities.
The successful candidate will possess a demonstrable track record in major gift fundraising at leadership level, together with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to strategically drive an engagement and fundraising agenda within a complex environment, working closely with key internal stakeholders both within the Business School and across the University in a collaborative manner, will be fundamental.
