RFBI owns and operates 21 residential care and 20 retirement villages, providing comfortable and attractive homes for over 1,500 older Australians as well as home care services, enabling people to live safely in their own homes for longer.

BOARD DIRECTOR POSITION

Founded in 1880 to assist those in need, 138 years later we pride ourselves in continuing to fulfil this role through our quality, personalised aged care services and benevolence programs.

RFBI owns and operates 21 residential care and 20 retirement villages, providing comfortable and attractive homes for over 1,500 older Australians as well as home care services, enabling people to live safely in their own homes for longer

Due to a recent retirement we are looking for a Director to join our Board to help us deliver on our strategy plan and continue to innovate in this rapidly growing sector. The successful applicant will have a background in hospitality, understanding the importance of customer service with the ability to exceed expectations whilst maintaining operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Time to commit to Board meetings (8 -10 per year) and other relevant activities;
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and governance commercial acumen and change management skills;
  • Delivery of our brand promise through clear strategic direction;
  • Empowering leadership teams through the review, approval and monitoring of strategic plans and the annual budget

Remuneration:

This is an expenses only opportunity including any travel & accommodation that may be required.
