About the organisation
The Rural & Remote Mental Health (RRMH) is a national not-for-profit that delivers mental health programs and services to people living and working in rural and remote Australia.
The 3 main areas of focus for RRMH are in the mining sector, indigenous communities and agricultural and farming communities to deliver culturally targeted and demonstrably effective prevention programs linked directly to early interventions through raising awareness, reduce mental ill-health stigma and to prevent suicides.
About the role
RRMH require the services of an outstanding Business Development Manager to significantly grow revenue to support expansion of the organisation’s programs and services.
Reporting to, and working closely with the Adelaide based CEO, you will possess a strong commercial, relationship building focus and also have the comfort and knowledge to build upon existing relationships at government levels. As a BD specialist, you will know the value of measuring input metrics to drive success and have demonstrable skills in closing deals. This role will require a high level of autonomy as well as experience writing grants, tenders and proposals.
You will also understand the need to be committed to improving mental health outcomes for rural and remote communities and this commitment will drive your desire to succeed.
