Accounts Assistant

The Opportunity:
Hope Media is looking for a highly capable Accounts Assistant to join our team. If you want to use your skills in a ministry that is bringing hope to more than 600,000 people a month, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for assisting the Finance Manager by providing accounts and administrative support, including:

• Accounts Payable and Receivable processing;
• Account reconciliation;
• Sponsorship scheduling, invoicing and receipting; and
• General assistance with other department events or strategies as part of the Hope Media Team.

The Essentials:

• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of Hope Media
• Strong bookkeeping skills with QuickBooks/Reckon/MYOB/Xero equivalent
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication
• Strong time management skills
• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
