About the position
With the growth of SVA’s work focused on addressing Indigenous disadvantage and our commitment through our Reconciliation Action Plan to the employment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, we have a newly created opportunity of Analyst, Consulting. The position works on client projects as part of a project team managed and supported by senior members of the team. The Analyst is responsible for a stream of work which may require research, data modelling and analysis and development of presentations or reports to communicate findings. A typical project lasts between two to three months and in the position, you will typically work on two to three projects at a time.
About the successful candidate
To be considered for this position you will have some previous experience working within a problem-solving role (e.g. consulting, social sector, government, law, finance, business). We are looking for a highly motivated individual who shows initiative. You will have strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. Previous experience in research, data modelling and analysis, building presentations and report writing will see you be successful in this role.
