- Lead an established high performing team of prospect researchers

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Executive Director, Operations you will provide high-level management of all aspects of prospect development including identifying and advising on opportunities and designing and implementing strategies for building the major and principal gift prospect pipeline. Key will be the management and delivery of high-quality research to internal stakeholders and providing leadership and direction to the Prospect Development Team (3 direct reports).

You are a successful prospect research professional looking to further develop your leadership and expertise. You can demonstrate your expertise building and managing a major gift and principal prospect pipeline and leading a high-performing prospect research team. You have exceptional stakeholder relations skills, a strong interest in philanthropy and commitment to making a difference in society.
