About the role

The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Engagement Systems Officer to be responsible for providing day-to-day operational oversight of the data systems team. This role includes data request management, and assisting with campaign management, data processing documentation and training, report creation, and relevant stakeholder liaison required to ensure a proactive and responsive approach to information requests. Success in this role requires the effective management of existing processes associated with Development and Alumni systems and related functionality and new project initiatives as directed, including consultation with stakeholders to determine requirements.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Gold Coast campus.

About you
To be successful within this role, you will be able to oversee the day to day activities undertaken by the data systems team ensuring that workload priorities and resources are coordinated to deliver data requests in a timely manner. You have evidence of a passion for database administration, workload management and project management, with strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to set timelines. In addition you will have a relevant degree with subsequent demonstrated experience in working with database systems, and preferably with the Raiser’s Edge database.

Salary range
HEW 6 – $74,972 – $80,042 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution $87,718 – $93,649 per annum.
