About the role
Leadership Victoria is a non-profit social enterprise whose vision is “a better world through exceptional leadership”. The LV Marketing & Communications Coordinator helps to position the LV brand, increase the reach and audience of LV including through a growing digital presence, and mobilise leaders to undertake LV activities and to continue to contribute to a better world.
Together with the Marketing & Communications Manager and the Engagement Team, this position is responsible for developing and implementing high quality, targeted and effective marketing and communications activity for our organisation to achieve our strategic objectives including to:
- Maintain strong and consistent branding for LV
- Raise the profile of LV, our mission, activities and impact
- Support LV’s financial and growth targets through increased business development and sales activity, program enrolments, corporate partnerships, alumni engagement and subscriptions, sponsorship and donations
- Contribute to and implement LV’s digital strategy
You’ll join a wonderful 25-person staff team, and be part of a 3,000-strong network of supporters and contributors. You’ll help increase our impact and help change people’s lives.
Based in the CBD, right next to Treasury Gardens, you’ll be in the middle of an extensive and fascinating network of people who enthusiastically support LV’s mission and nationwide activities.
