Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA) is a not-for-profit organisation working for people with spinal cord injury (SCI). They offer community-based services to overcome barriers, achieve their goals and live fulfilling personal, social and professional lives.
Role Summary
Manage the Salesforce Marketing and Fundraising CRM database and develop the analytics required to deliver the Marketing and Fundraising team’s business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the CRM capabilities to meet the needs of fundraising, marketing and business development
- Including building relevant data capture fields, introducing the ability to record and track supporter networks and build lists of prospects
- Data imports and exports; Manage and maintain the database to ensure optimum functionality
- Ensure data extracted is accurate and has been selected and manipulated to achieve campaign objectives
- Build campaigns and automated customer journeys across a variety of different audiences
- Deliver data analysis and insights
- Manage the integration of Salesforce with third party sources and with SCIA’s website from a fundraising and marketing perspective
- Maintain data integrity
- Liaise with other departments outside of fundraising & marketing
Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of policies relating to privacy, data protection and fundraising regulations
- Expert knowledge and application of Salesforce in a fundraising and marketing capacity
- Demonstrated experience of providing data and analytical support to fundraising campaigns
- Excellent communication skills ability to build relationships and lead
