About the role
Volunteer Position Description – Company Secretary
Make a difference whilst working towards our goal of improving the health, well-being and education within communities. We are seeking a motivated & highly-skilled company secretary to support the management of the corporate governance and regulatory compliance of Kindred Spirits Enterprise and its the Board.
Kindred Spirits Enterprises supports the most marginalised, isolated and disadvantaged communities in Australia, with current work including leadership and support for the development of the native botanicals industry in Northern Australia and early childhood learning and community resilience in the Latrobe Valley.
We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. We are passionate about innovation, sustainability, and building teams of highly-motivated, capable, and caring people at all levels to support our mission and vision.
This volunteer role would be suited to someone who wants to apply their experience in non-profit board, governance or charity legal compliance. It is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Company Secretary to support social enterprise initiatives, or a highly motivated individual with experience in governance (or similar areas) to gain new experience as a Company Secretary.
