Global Director of Fundraising and Communications

 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an income generation specialist to lead the global fundraising and communications team at Animals Asia Foundation (AAF).  We are looking for an inspirational, talented Director of Fundraising and Communications with experience in growing charitable income with portfolios in excess of our current $12m global turnover.

 You will be joining us at an exciting time as we seek to transform our fundraising so we can achieve our goal of ending bear bile farming and stopping cruelty to animals across Asia. This is an opportunity for somebody with outstanding knowledge of the global philanthropic landscape and demonstrable success in transformational fundraising to take the reins of a talented, highly driven fundraising team at a crucial time in the charity’s development.

 In addition to strong fundraising campaign experience, you will know how to develop and implement a strategy to ensure the organisation grows sustainable, unrestricted income. You will be knowledgeable in all fundraising methodologies, with particular expertise in strategic development and major donor fundraising.  Experience of driving income via digital platforms and bequests will be advantageous.

 You will also have natural leadership skills and be an innovative thinker and accomplished fundraiser – skills that you will use to galvanise the talents and dedication of the global team to take them and Animals Asia to new heights.
