The Loyalty Team is responsible for raising millions of dollars in support of Red Cross’s work here in Australia, as well as increasing the loyalty and lifetime value of existing supporters of Red Cross.
About the role
- Full time ongoing role based in Sydney CBD
- Deliver integrated multi-channel supporter engagement and retention initiatives
- Drive Red Cross supporter loyalty and value
About the role
You will lead the strategic thinking and deliver a portfolio of integrated single and multi-channel retention and loyalty initiatives including supporter-centric journeys for different donor types and product purchases through direct channels.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to deliver on supporter targets and growth in income through existing supporter engagement involving multi-channel direct marketing.
The role will work across multiple income generating Red Cross products including regular giving, single giving, raffles, bequests, disaster donors, community fundraising, workplace giving, volunteers and first aid.
What you will bring
- Proven skills in developing and implementing evidence-based consumer donor retention and growth strategies that deliver financial and non-financial targets
- Strong Direct Marketing techniques using multiple channels
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Experience in managing programs, campaigns or products with a track record of reaching targets
- Proven budget management skills
- Experience in leading a team, modelling excellent behaviours and fostering accountability, passion and trust
- Demonstrated ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Curious mindset that analyses market and global trends with a courageous approach to innovation
