About the Role:
This role is designed to partner across the organisation to bring the vision, mission and values of Baptcare to life through various communication channels. The role has strong focus on internal communication strategies and tactics to enhance engagement of employees and volunteer working and connecting at Baptcare to build better outcomes for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation and adherence to communications and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Co-create communications material with internal stakeholders
• Provide strategic advice to key internal stakeholders
• Support reputation management
• Media monitoring and management
Skills and Experience:
• Diploma/Degree qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications environment including internal and external communications
• Previous employment experience in the health/aged care, not for profit, community services sector will be highly regarded
• Ability to coordinate various stakeholders across complex business interfaces
• Community engagement experience
• Demonstrated experience using digital platforms such as Facebook, WordPress, Twitter, Campaign monitor, survey monkey etc.
