Primarily self-funded, this charity has always punched above its weight.  With an inclusive, collaborative and can-do style culture, and connection with health experts and alliance organisations, it’s backed by an invested Board and a committed Membership.   The new CEO will help the enterprise continue to grow in capability to deliver high quality services and transform as necessary to expand its capacity as a provider within the NDIS.

To be the successful applicant, your work history will reflect business management experience at an executive or senior manager level, inclusive of overseeing best practice service delivery, organisational development, compliance and change. You have strong commercial acumen, including financial literacy and ability to identify on opportunities for enhancement and growth.

You may already have a strong knowledge of managing operations for health/disability service providers, membership organisations and charities, or your track record reflects being able to quickly assess and perform in new industries or environments. Understanding how to develop and secure a sustainable funding model into today’s competitive NFP landscape will be well regarded.  Irrespective of your background, your strategic yet pragmatic creativity will shine through how you have added value in your prior roles.

You are a compassionate, ethical professional with a style of leadership that consistently inspires others to want to support your endeavours.  A key strength you reflect is in being able to sustain and create effective working relationships both internal and external to the enterprises you have served.
