The National Judicial College of Australia is Australia’s Judicial educator, providing professional development pathways for judicial officers through the delivery of judge-led programs which enhance skills and performance.
Working closely with volunteer judicial officers, you will take responsibility for identifying opportunities and providing guidance on the development of new programs within a strategic framework, manage the NJCA’s professional development offering and take responsibility for delivering selected training programs. Your ability to apply best-practice adult learning techniques will be crucial to your success.
Ideally possessing formal training in law, you have significant experience in adult education, a proven ability to work at both the strategic and program delivery levels, and demonstrate the capacity to lead a small team in a not-for-profit environment.
