Continuing full-time position
You will be a strong collaborator and communicator who can foster internal partnerships around data integrity, gift processing, analytics and accurate financial reporting, prospect management and provide timely stewardship of donors.
The Manager, Advancement Services leads and manages a team responsible for the External Relations Branch customer relationship management system containing over 210,000 alumni and stakeholder records. You will bring demonstrated experience in developing and implementing best practice policies, procedures and business processes that support the delivery of key strategic fundraising and alumni engagement programs to support the priorities of The University of Adelaide.
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in high-level operations management in a complex, data driven, service provision environment.
- Skills in strategic planning and the ability to review and evaluate advancement services programs.
- Experience in developing policy and procedures, and implementing best practice requiring procedural and cultural change.
- Highly developed data analytical and interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to build, lead, motivate and manage a high performance team.
Your faculty’s broader role
The Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President leads Adelaide’s strategic vision and plan, and is responsible for the University’s management and administration. It includes the Council Secretariat and External Relations branch.
