The position
The SVA Consulting team is looking for Analysts and/or Consultants. Managed and supported by senior members of the team, Analysts and Consultants work on client projects as part of a broader project team. While no two client projects are the same, Analysts are typically responsible for a stream of work, which may require research, data modelling and analysis, and developing presentations or a report to communicate their findings.
Consultants are typically responsible for leading and/or contributing to problem-solving, analysis, project and client management work. This may require developing and managing a workplan to ensure the highest quality, data-driven analysis, and client interactions. For both positions, a typical project lasts between two to three months and you will typically work on at least two projects at a time.

Who you are
If you are driven by excellence, self-motivated and have the ability to ensure key tasks and requirements are taken through to completion, then you should apply! With some recent experience working in a problem-solving role, either in a strategy consulting firm or related context (i.e. law, finance, business, government), you will have an understanding of, and passion to, working on society’s most important challenges.
